1. Introduction

Welcome to the Doctors Mess App. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Doctors Mess App ("we", "us", or "our") and you.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended strictly for healthcare professionals. You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a healthcare professional or authorized member of a Hospital Mess with a valid subscription
• You are resident in the United Kingdom

3. Access & Subscriptions

Access is provided free to you but conditional upon your association with a Mess that maintains a valid, paid subscription with us.

You will need an access code from your Mess Administrator. You agree not to share, publish, or distribute this code.

We may revoke access if your Mess subscription expires, your code is invalidated, or you are no longer an authorized member.

4. Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate, current information during registration
• Safeguard your password and login details
• Notify us at doctorsmessapp@gmail.com of any unauthorized use
• Only register one account for yourself

5. The Services

The App provides curated discounts, offers, and perks from third-party Partners. We act as a platform and may withdraw or change Offers without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all code, design, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Third-Party Offers

Transactions with Partners are solely between you and that Partner. We are not liable for product failures, delivery issues, refunds, or pricing errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "AS IS". Our total liability shall not exceed £100. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or matters that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account without notice for breach of Terms. You may delete your account in App settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
